A Message From Leo | About LEO The Artist

Welcome everyone, from this galaxy and beyond to Orbital Arts Gallery. My name is Leo, a visual artist creating art that inspires love, peace, and harmony.  I have been working from my studio/gallery Orbital Arts located in Toronto's Kensington Market, for over 22 years.  For those people who have visited the gallery, many express that stepping into the space is an immersion into an energetic experience of upliftment, love and positivity.  This unique environment showcasing my work provides the public with an offering of calmness and serenity through the art itself.  Holding a physical space where people can come and have an extraordinary and magical experience is part of my artistic process. Being able to meet and talk to the artist facilitates an enhanced and deeper connection in understanding my art, as well, people often like to hear that the art is created on site. 
 

I draw my inspiration from life's many wonders and beauty in order to convey the work's ongoing theme of Universal Love and Spirituality. This theme recognizes that regardless of religious beliefs, every person is a spiritual being of Love partaking in a fantastic human experience; Love being the link that connects us all to a more profound and enriched life.

 My art celebrates the multi:dimensional wonders of reality.  It is made with the intention to stimulate peoples own self-awareness of the Spiritual Consciousness we all share.  Knowledge of the spiritual self helps us become aligned as a loving people who are capable of creating a world of love and compassion.  This Universal Love is the potential for evolving human consciousness.  It is my belief that the universe is a beautifully composed symphony of multiple energies and vibrations. The emotion of Love being the highest vibrational experience we can access.
 

Through my art I channel universal love as a gift from my Heart.  With a combination of mixed media, collage, photography and sculpture I create images and objects that remind us of the miracle that is life.  I believe that embodied in my work is this love vibration that one can access simply as a viewer of the art itself.  I refer to the work as Activation Art.
